Unique Caravan with Outdoor Space

The caravan was set in woodland and it was lovely and quiet which was ideal for us the kids love it .

Peaceful location, high cleanliness level, good communication with the owners.

Slow Wi-Fi.

The caravan itself was absolutely lovely: well laid out, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and the shower was good with hot water available instantly. The enclosed deck was great to safely let our dogs wander outside, there were also garden chairs, a BBQ and an enclosed porch area. This extra space was great for shoes, swim bags etc. The caravan park was nestled in a peaceful country area with lots of wild rabbits and we even spotted deer close by. 10min drive to nearest shop and a stony beach, 25-30min to larger seaside town with sandy beach.

I don’t know about the caravan park facilities as they seemed a bit closed up, these would have to be checked directly. However, the kids enjoyed the outdoor play area. Only small improvement we could suggest to the caravan is that it can sleep 6 but there are only 4 dining chairs, a couple of stools would be a handy addition.

The site was advertised with restaurant bar and swimming pool that's why I booked but nothing was open .as bar is closed waiting on new owner and swimming pool has been closed because haven't got right chemicals.. and they have been closed for weeks but the are still advertising as open.if I had known that I would never have booked

Great quiet secluded location but only 5 mins by car to Ballantrae. Kids loved it.

No evening meals served in the campsite club.
