great space, helpful staff, good location, very convenient

first night a neighbour had a party so it was very loud, but after that it was quiet and comfortable.

The security is good

I had an issue they claimed they were going to resolve and never did. I feel like they lied to me. The communication isn’t really that’s good!

Staff is cold and indifferent to your needs. Especially the girl who works evenings. Horrible attitude. She appears to hate her job. I asked this girl THREE TIMES to tell the room next door to quiet down their loud kid. When she didn't, I knocked on the door myself. This receptionist then approached me and threatened to call the police on me. She wanted to call the police, on ME, because I made a NOISE complaint. And get this, I got an email from her boss claiming I was the one causing problems.

Needed some ambiance, paintings, textiles, softness. Never did get the laundry app to work.

The location was good, and the staff was helpful

The room smelled like humidity, the dishes were kept wet, there was no shampoo, no water, not even on sale, and the room was very hot, the was no air conditioning, probably because of bad ventilation, the smell got trapped
