Clean , comfortable and very convenient to grocery store (literally just a few steps away). Helpful staff.

A bit noisy at times

The space was more than enough, you can tell the furniture and deco are low cost but it's still nicely done.

There was a mini kitchen but no pans to cook with, literally just some plates and cups to barely serve some take out. We felt a bit too stared at by the security guy at the reception. All in all bearable, but the absolute no-go is the lack of prompt info on how to get into the property. A link to unlock the door is needed which booking doesn't allow in their messages. they know this and ask correspondingly in advance for an email address to send this to, but then the email never came. Phone was never picked up and it took hours for them to react to whatsapp messages. In the end, we lost hours after the planned check-in time, which is the absolute priority when you're traveling and just want to get into the property and drop your bags.

Comfortable space, really comfy pillows and bed. Lovely bathroom and kitchen spaces. Overall I felt safe here as a solo female traveler.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the electronic lock, but they had keys as a backup. It was generally very loud but that’s kind of how it is all over Mexico City, make sure to pack earbuds if you need quiet to sleep. Didn’t like the location but it was close to the exhibition space my classmates and I were working in so the walking distance to there made up for that.

It was a very bad experience. There were no toiletries, toothbrushes, toothpaste or skin care products in the apartment. There were only two rooms for us three adults. I was asked to sleep on the sofa for one night. The sofa turned out to be very small, so I didn’t sleep well all night. It was really bad. reflect
