ロビーでコーヒーや飲み物が飲めたり、食事もあゆの姿焼きや馬刺しなんかもあり美味しかったです。

室内のお風呂の湯の調整がうまくできなかった。まあ、温泉♨️があったからあまり不便ではありませんでしたが。

スタッフさん達が親切丁寧でした。お食事も美味しかったです。

部屋のお風呂でちょうど良いお湯加減が出来なかったと言ってました。バスタオルも無かったとの事でした。

The onsen and the spacious room.

Food could have been better.

Our meals (breakfast and dinner, which we included with our stay) were fantastic. Our son finished up most of his food when he is often picky. The presentation of the dishes was flawless. The inn was also comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four. We enjoyed the onsen when we were there, especially the outdoor one, since it was autumn and there was a nice contrast between the cold weather and warmth of the water. Staff were very accommodating and understanding of our young daughter, taking care to make her feel welcome.

It was a little difficult to get to, and while the neighbourhood provided an interesting stroll for us (where we searched for footbaths along the way), it's a little out of the way and we had to drive to Nikko for major tourist attractions. Not a big problem for us and we actually enjoyed being away from touristy areas. The first evening was just a little difficult as we got turned around trying to drive to the inn.
