Nice apartment in a central location

Their internet provider is not the best ! We did not have WiFi for most of the days that we were there. When the WiFi was available it was slow and flaky

"Great location, needs to fix wifi and hot shower"

Proximity to downtown is a plus and the rate is great for the location. Great mountain views from the room.

Wifi was barely working on the first day I was offline for a long while. Even after complaining, wifi was sketchy, had to get a local phone line and data. The shower water was not getting hot. The facility never mentioned it's cash only until at the time of check out forcing me to make an international cash withdrawal which my bank heavily penalized me for. If these issues are fixed, I think the apartment would be a better stay.

"Awesome, would come here again to have a great time in Kigali."

Great location and apartments are on the upper floors, so you have a great view over the city of Kigali. Big rooms with a bathroom for each and one balcony. Big living area and kitchen with all required equipment. Friendly staff with fast response time and super helpful recommendations. Laundry service was included for us so it was super convenient.

The water sometimes was not turning warm which was to be expected. Also, WiFi connection stability could be improved.

The cleanliness of the apartment, the arrangement and the view. More so the serenity of the environment was great for me. They clean the room everyday and also provide about 20Ltrs of drinkable water for my use in a dispenser container

he water provision, most time the taps stop running early in the morning while i was bathing. You hardly have a hot water for your bath as I only enjoy hot water for 2 out of the 7 days spent. They need to improve on water provision and make hot water for bath and other use available 24/7. Apart from this, i enjoyed my stay.
