The property had clean amenities which includes kettle, ironing board, towels, bathroom, room floor and walls all clean and lovely to use

The mattress provided is very bad it doesn’t compliment the beauty of the room please change it I love to come back again

We like the location of this, and it's sister property, a few doors down. Have stayed in other rooms in both houses before and those were fine. Shared house Kitchen is clean, tidy and stocked to cook if you want. Parking is usually easy. Barely 200m is lovely food from the cafe called Bon Cafe and 3 little convenience shops all selling slightly different items. Easy to access house with code sent on day of arrival and room door key in a keylock box on wall beside room door.

Sadly, this one, room 6, at the top of the house, was strangely well below par compared to the other rooms we've had. Room door was hard to open. No bedtable lamps like in photo. Mattress was thin, could feel the springs and the springs were noisy as you moved. There was no mattress topper to help ease this. There were nitrous oxide canisters in the corner, no idea why or for what. There was a clock that wasn't working, simply irritating when just batteries are needed. Shower room had no radiator and was cold unless you left the door open. The toilet seat was too small and not fixed correctly and kept moving. Hubby tried to tighten it to no avail. Would definitely never have this room again.

The location. Toxteth is not a nice area and ii worried about my car. The stairs were so steep that it triggered chronic asthma and totally out of breath as I slumped into bed I phoned 999. I didn't sleep there but was taken to Liverpool Royal Hospital. Been their ever since! For fit young people not scared of a little locational edge it is ideal double accommodation not far from the attractions . NOWHERE COULD BE BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY. I THOUROUGHLY RECOMMEND TO YOUNG CITY EXPLORERS
