"A spotlessly clean and great value property for an overnight stay"

Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean. Free parking straight outside. Sitting room to ourselves. Great location for walking to the cathedrals, the university and into town .

Bedroom quite small and a very lumpy mattress. A smell of drains in the room.

"It made me want to not sleep there..."

Hair in bed, broken toilet seat and sink. No lamp. TV didn't work. Squeaky spring matress.

Plenty of street parking, easy to access, room size was fine. Adequate for a one night stay

The instructions could have included where the room actually was. I had assumed upstairs but room 1 was through the sitting room. The light in the corridor had a habit of going off which made it annoying when trying to get into the room at night. The room was very hot & I couldn't seem to turn the heating down. I also couldn't get the shower to work.
