Clean and easy check-in process

Uncomfortable bed. Noise easily audible from neighbouring rooms. Felt unsafe being in a house with other people in the other bedrooms.

Not clean, lots of broken or chipped. No Wi-Fi. No response from property in our chat. Not comfortable mattress. Not nice smell. No stuff, no security so our neighbours came to their room at 1 am and were shouting and making noise with some glass bottles until 3 am. There’s “Paper” door — we could hear every single word and sound. Looks and feels much worse than on photos.

No batteries in remote control for TV in lounge .Also shower didn't work properly

Room had a sky light but no blind to block out the light. An easy fix that would make a huge difference. We wanted to check in early as we were going straight out to an event but we weren’t able to do that. This would’ve made it a more relaxed stay. Price was very inflated because of the event

Clean and in a good location for the venues we were going to. Good value for money overall

Bed a bit uncomfortable - could do with a new mattress.
