Nothing the staff not good and they dont know the work i want there in the first day i tell them the room very very dirty and bad service the blankt also dirty not clean even the bathroom the The plaster on the wall fell on me while I am taking shower.. also to many ant every where too many

The reception very bad they dont know how to work when I arrive l tell them I don’t pay my reservation they said no we have got it and i trust them that they take from my card but when i make the check out and left few ours they send message that you dont pay i told ok send me a link because i know that i pay the link than they said nothing arrived and we will send a police in my place i told the am at hospitals took with me in a rude way

At check-in I noticed that the cleaning was done superficially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms especially. lack of toilet paper, I really didn't think that we have to buy our own paper. I bought tablets for the dishwasher, garbage bags, detergent for the washing machine without any problems. The edge of the pool, inside, dirty. The edge of the pool, outside, dirty: broken balloons, bottles, debris. The light in the pool did not work although I announced, nothing changed. The mattresses on the sunbeds were miserable, one sunbed was broken, I fell off it. The beds on the sofas in the living room left the impression of being dirty. At check out, 3 people rang the door to tell us that we had to leave the house, 3. Although we made it very clear that we knew and said that we were 10-20 minutes late, no more. I found it irritating, it ruined everything at the end. Too much, no sense!

We had to clean the accommodation by ourselves.

The BBQ on the balcony was nice. The kitchen was not very well stocked with plates and cups etc. The fridge was big. The air-conditioning worked well.

The fitness suite was not available as advertised. I had asked for an airport transfer (as offered), but got no response. There were no sun-loungers allocated to our flat by the pool, it was not clear if we could use the ones labelled for other flats.

Very nice, calming atmosphere. No noisy groups - mostly families. The sea is right in front of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is very tasty.

I would suggest in terms of improvement to guide the guests more as I got my keys and no a single piece of information about facilities. I was exploring myself what the hotel offers and does not.

Verry good localisation.bus station in the corner. Shops and restaurants are near .positif things family hôtel .quiet at night. Private beach .

I Ask for a ground floor appartement . My request was not satisfied. Knowing that I made my Booking 2 months before . Checking late at 17 h.i write to the hôtel to inform that WE are comming 2 hours before . Only one AC was working .I Ask to fix the problème when WE arrive nothing was done . The washing machine Did not work the, man that came to fix that Say its because of lack of water. The services did not meet my expectation . Before comming i was in contact with Mr dokugan which is kind and Reply quickly on Booking message. I share with him my needs and concern .and they guarantee that WE will have one of the best appartement.but except the sea view .nothing was perfect . I Come to turkey everry year and it is my worst experience.

The resort was well maintained and laid out well. The shop being open until midnight was beneficial to us as we arrived late at night. It was slightly more expensive than other shops, but I expected that as it was the only shop on site. The on site restaurant/bar was also very good if a tad more expensive. We enjoyed all the food we ate there.

The only negative would be that it was a distance from other restaurants/bars/activities. There is a regular bus service though and they are very easy to use.
