Great location, spacious, AC in each room, comfy beds

No starter kit: no soap, no detergents for dish washer and washing machine. Old pans need to be replaced. Noise from nightclub until midnight and from neighbours till 3 a.m. due to no rules for silence for residents.

2 minutes to the beach. Clean swimming pools. Shops and a bar on the premises. Not far from the promenade.

The furniture and equipment are quite old and have not received significant repairs for an extended period. Far from the city center.

No sufficient shampoo or body wash or towels.. also i found a small used soap in the bath ..Also water cattle is not working and no iron thee ,,, when I asked for cattel and iron they bring it immediately. But should someone check the room before check in

That we had to leave

Excellent location- private, large beach. Very respectful service. Apartment was clean and spacious- they did not have 2 bedroom units left and upgraded us free of charge to 3 bedroom apartment close to the beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Restaurant had a great selection of food, its manager Mahmed was very accommodating. Grocery shopping was just walking distance away. Overall, we loved it and would come back again!

Mattresses were too old - I could feel the springs through the sheets.

A nice set of apartments sat right at the end of Calis beach. A little out of the way, but still handy for restaurants, supermarkets and the rest of Calis beach. The apartment came with dishwasher and washing machine - handy for keeping the luggage down and best outfits clean. The kitchen had all the bits and pieces needed if you wanted to cook in, or to enjoy doggie bags of leftovers from the restaurants. It was a mismatch of cutlery, cups and saucers, but unless you have severe OCD, then it all worked. The key item (for all Brits) was a kettle, for the obligatory cup of tea. The sofa and chair were very comfy, to sit or even to snooze on when having a cheeky siesta. There was a small tv with satelite channels, but we never tested it. The bed was good, with a large wardrobe and lots of drawer space. The outside patio had a set of plastic chairs and table, a washing maiden, and a built in barbecue. The patio led to a nice paved area with a series of pools to enoy. There were beds to use, and some did have apartment names on them, but we still found a couple of blank ones to use. The Ozzgur / Sunset Beach restaurant was located at the front of the complex, facing the beach, serving drinks and good food. The onsite shop was also at the beach end of the complex, and had a good range of basic items from toilet rolls to fresh milk ("Icim" with a red top), beers wine, bread biscuits, cheese, etc. Finally, the local bus has a a stop at the beach end and near the far end of the complex. It takes you down Calis beach and onto Fethiye.

Firstly, our transfer dropped us off at the road end of the complex, and there is no information of how to find reception. There isn't the usual type of single reception, but there are a bunch of letting agency offices at the beach end of the complex. Secondly, the apartment had none of the essential consumables. As stated above, there was cutlery, cups, saucers, pans, erc, but there were no toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishcloths, teatowels, dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder, etc. We left some of those types of items, and assume all would be removed before the next customer. This means having to do a shop for all the basic essentials to enjoy an apartments like a home.

Great location on the beachfront. 10 minute walk into centre. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Peaceful around the pools with plenty of sun beds.

2 of the pools were out of use whilst we were there. Nobody to check us in on arrival, this was pretty stressful at Midnight after a long day of travelling

Very nice location with nice villa with clean pool and nice capacity for family 5 rooms with 10 beds and 4 bathrooms . Good value for its price.
