Delightful One Bed Victorian Flat

Property is well located, with parking directly outside and 10 minute walk to train station. Peaceful location so good to sleep soundly at night. It was easy to access main areas of St Leonard’s and Hastings on foot (very hilly area) and a Lidl supermarket nearby. It is a 20 min walk to seafront and Goat Ledge which is a cool beach bar and cafe perfect for a sunny afternoon and sunset. It was clean and warm and honest value for money so great for a short stay. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating.

As it is a property with a shared entrance there are other residents coming and going and numerous signs about doors banging and unopened post on entrance table which initially looked a bit off putting on arrival. The sofa bed is quite low to sit on although comfortable enough.

It was cheap. Owner very responsive and gentle.

Everything was rather sketchy, with old sheets and insufficient towels. The property is truly dilapidated, even parts of the flooring are missing. While it's true that it's cheap, this place falls short of even the most basic standards. The furnishings are old and shabby, and the sofa bed is small and uncomfortable. Luckily it was for one night only

It was awful ,dirty,scruffy we ended up not staying.

Bedding was grey it smelt stale in the flat it was horrible.

Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped apart from a slight lack off saucepans. Plenty of hot water but bathroom needed a bit of an update. Good central heating. Lounge & bedroom had an eclectic mix of furniture. Cushions in lounge were saggy and a bit grubby. Bedding & towels were clean.

reserved off road parking space was filled by another car for the full time (3 night) I was in the property. One reason I chose this accommodation was to secure off-road parking!

Lovely building, lots of potential,. Host very helpful when heating didn't come on. WiFi and shop. Really comfy bed, and so quiet

No light in porchway. Arrived in the dark, would not have been able to access key without phone torch. Decor lacked imagination, could have been so much more. Bin in bedroom not emptied, ironing board stuck in the corner, picture part covered by wardrobe , curtains in bedroom hanging off. WiFi instructions hard to find. Suggestions, nice bedroom curtains and matching duvet. A little more attention to detail, would be A*

We found this property to be perfect for what we needed. The location was great and the off road parking space was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like! it was great for us. The only niggle I would say is, for me the cleaning needed a bit more attention. But that is just my standards. It did not put me off staying here.
