The Experience Resort-Lake Facing

Such a cute hotel; there aren’t many rooms so it feels very boutique. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, very accommodating and attentive. The design features of the hotel are so thoughtful and aesthetic. Rooms were spacious and comfortable; four poster bed was adorable. The Experience is a little oasis in Udaipur.

The rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom toiletries smell lovely. The pool area and restaurant dining is beautiful with views of the lake, a lovely place to sit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Indian food at the restaurant was delicious, we loved everything we ate particularly the mushroom masala curry.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was great. 5-10 minutes walking distance from town. Staff were lovely. Sahina went out of her way to be hospitable and kind.

Pool area could be more private, possibly with plants around pool etc

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and the food.

I cannot recommend this small boutique hotel enough. All the rooms are large and beautiful, if there is a lake view room available it is well worth it. It is easy walking distance to the City Palace with lots of shops and restaurant’s nearby. I was welcomed by Dinesh at Reception and lovely Sahina was so attentive and had my room ready with a special cake and birthday message as I arrived the night before my 50th. Chef Munendar is wonderful and the breakfast menu was a good assortment of Indian and Western food. I think I am addicted to his Masala Chai 😊

A quaint little haven within the old city. We were greeted with welcome drinks and complimentary Tea. This new property was very nice and quiet place, with cute and clean rooms. The manager Kalpana was super helpful and efficient All staff were very respectful and cordial. The housekeeping exec. Shaheena was cheerful and did a great job to maintain the room. The location is perfect, sitting in the middle of old city where most sites are an easy 10-15 min walk. Alternatively you can also get tum-tum (autorickshaw) to go to the sites. I would recommend to book with breakfast, I really loved their simple breakfast, very tasty food.

Great boutique hotel. Excellent staff. Perfect location. Gorgeous rooms: very comfortable bed. Eco-friendly. Good choice of food and delicious. Kaulpana is the perfect manager: she runs this hotel with precision and is knowledgeable, helpful, accessible and wonderfully friendly. Thank you for looking after my family in Udaipur.

The restaurant did not have a license to sell alcohol. So we decided to have dinner elsewhere.
