The Experience Resort-Lake Facing

New hotel with a beautiful, magical setting by the lake with friendly staff and spacious rooms really do make for a unique experience at this boutique hotel. Also features a lovely tree and pool in the central courtyard.

Only downsides was music at the restaurant next door (each evening until 10pm) and early morning music starts 6.30am, but that seems the trade-off for a central location in Udaipur.

The property is nicely located in Udaipur with views over the lake. The staff were amazing and we couldn't rate the service any higher! The restaurant is lovely and breakfast buffet is great value. The all day dining menu is also great value and wonderful food. There are two trees intertwined in their entrance, one being the Banyan and the other, I think, the Bodhi tree. They are both revered trees so the staff conduct a Hindi blessing every evening at the tree. It's just beautiful. We were invited to join them on our last evening which really was a privilege. The property is very clean, especially the rooms. We really want to thank all the team for such a lovely stay, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We said "we arrived as friends and left as family". Special thanks to Chef Mathur, Purnima, Bharat in the restaurant plus all backend kitchen team members. Sabina Banu (executive housekeeping) and her team, Kaplan (FOH) and their General Manager Dinesh Sharma.

We were there in their winter months so the pool was too cold to use - no one's fault obviously - but it's such a lovely outdoor space it would be wonderful to experience the hotel in warmer months.

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful. Chef who makes masala omelette and waffles very good. Room was also nicely decorated.

For an expensive hotel that is trying to be luxury / boutique it doesn’t hit the mark I’m sad to say. The music next doors echos throughout entire building, one night the shouting went on until 1am and the huge wooden doors aren’t soundproof. To do laundry costs an absolutely eye watering amount. Swimming pool unused as it looks over the parking area. Tea and coffee cold at breakfast and staff are nice enough to make it hot separately but it takes a long time… I wanted to really enjoy it here but it just wasn’t good enough to justify that price.

It’s in a great location. Walking distance to tourist attractions. Attentive & intuitive staff, great food at the restaurant (special mention to the chef) and comfortable & clean room.

What an amazing stay with had. Entire team was so pleasant and welcoming and very friendly. Kalpna received us with beautiful smile and made sure our check was absolutely smooth and madd our stay very pleasant. Chef was very nice and made every effort to make meals for us as per our requirements. Housekeeping team was very nice too. Overall I would highly recommend this beautiful boutique resort.

Plumbing wasnt the most well maintained

The staff was exceptional, breakfast was small but hit all the right notes, and the location couldn't be better. The facilities were beautiful with views across the lake worth looking at in the morning during breakfast and at night time with the surrounding lights.

The ONLY thing that was missing was very limited English TV, which only mattered to me. My daughter can do without it.
