Guests must provide valid photo identification along with the credit card used for the booking at check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. If the guest is unable to provide the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to request an alternative payment method. Please inform Royal Cliff Beach Terrace Pattaya of your expected arrival time in advance. You can do this by using the special requests box during the booking process or by contacting the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Kindly note that the hotel may pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival. Please also inform the hotel about any requirements and special assistance you need. For bookings of more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card. Please note that all non-Thai guests need to provide a valid passport and visa at check-in. Breakfast is included based on the standard occupancy of the selected room. Extra person charges apply when exceeding the standard occupancy, and the extra bed rate includes breakfast. A deposit may be required at the property.
