Gorgeous hotel we stayed in a honeymoon suite was stunning with sea views and sun loungers on our balcony Staff were very attentive and decorated our room with flowers and petals fruit and birthday cake Hotel was pretty busy as next to a conference centre with lots of guests staying at our hotel. This didn’t make any difference to us staff were very efficient and there was loads of room at the pool area. Great pool section for children although didn’t see any children as we stayed out of season We didn’t have breakfast but restaurant looked nice also a nice touch was the snack takeaway or eat in the lobby where you could get great pastries and coffees if you were too tired like us to make breakfast We ate at the pool area a couple of times which was fine for snacks Was a bit reluctant going to Pattaya but throughly enjoyed the buzz with this hotel being about 10/15 minutes drive to central Pattaya. Would recommend downloading Bolt Taxi service as its only approx £2 from hotel to centre Very friendly staff especially the maid service everything done with a friendly smile thank you Would recommend this lovely hotel and would return

Food quality has dropped in my opinion to what it was and is expensive for what they serve

I stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the exceptional service at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, and even offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. i have been going for the first time on week end 15-17 Feb and we just went back again from 22-25 feb for more days it was so amazing. A special thank you to K. Sirikran she are amazing and truly made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back!
