pulizia inesistente (muffa sulle pareti, ragnatele ovunque, mobili rotti e tappezzeria sporca e macchiata, scarafaggi in tutta la stanza, presenza di lucertole di modeste dimensioni nella stanza e l'aria condizionata aveva un odore forte e nauseante) e staff indisponibile

El servicio (personal poco profesional). Éramos 5, la quinta cama era un colchón en el suelo con una única sabana y una manta de las que pican y sin hacer. Insistiendo me dieron sabana y un nórdico para al menos tener la misma comodidad que en el resto de camas, pero la cama la hice yo...

"Het was super!"

Het hotel was geweldig! Maar boek niet via Booking.com. Tijdens ons verblijf kwamen we erachter dat we 2,5 keer de prijs betaalden die het hotel kreeg. We kwamen er pas achter toen we nog een extra nacht bij hadden geboekt. Dus boek NIET via Booking.com maar DIRECT bij de locatie. Het hotel is geweldig en de locatie ook! Pas ook op met Match de Prijs, want wij hebben het verschil niet terug gekregen. Die campagne is erg misleidend.

"Très bon moment et très bon emplacement"

Les avis étant plus durs, je remonte la note, car nous avons passé un bon séjour, dans une suite familiale. Points positifs: - l'emplacement - le service, l'amabilité du personnel, on vous amène les valises jusque dans les chambres - la piscine avec toboggan pour les enfants - chambre correcte et douche plutôt au dessus de la moyenne malaisienne (c terrible souvent) - Clim ok

Points négatifs: - ménage pas nikel (dans la moyenne malaisienne) - pas de frigo - qques travaux ici et là, mais c habituel malheureusement Concernant les coupures électriques, vue que l'ile fonctionne avec des générateurs, bah ça arrive que ça coupe, mais nous concernant c'était très court.

"Habitación antigua, buena ubicación"

La ubicación es ideal, ya que tienes disponible 3 playas cerca, la propia del hotel y long beach. También tienes diferentes restaurantes.

La habitación vieja y sucia. Puerta del lavabo descolgada y un día no salió agua para la ducha.
