Cruachan Caravan and Camping Farm

Location was beautiful, Pod was a new experience

Not enough signage to find the camp at night. Muddy down at the toilets Couldn't find recycling bins Drive of track to pod was a wee challenge

The location was perfect for us. Lovely little town.

There was two parts to this site was we were on what I would say the scruffy side. The toilets and showers in the 4 days we were there were never cleaned the toilet rolls were never filled up the bins inside never emptied just left to overflow! Someone rang me to say we couldn’t have a BBQ but every one were having them throw away BBQs left on bushes along with eggshells yet we stuck to the rule. We had a walk to the posh side and they had built in BBQs so I have no idea why they have one rule for that side and one rule for the other! Yes the pod was value for money but all in all this spoilt out little holiday and we actually left a full day early.

We liked the ease of key pick up, the hob pod was good and utilities in pod were good. We liked the ease of the hub and that we were provided with heaters as it got pretty cold.

Maybe some bedding/ sheets would have been nice. It didn’t bother us at all but I can imagine when the property is fully booked there would be a need for more toilets and showers.

Setting was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lochs, mountains and lush green fields. The pod itself was adorable with plenty of space for what we needed

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but have slept on much worse

Lovely site with good clean facilities. Pod was comfy and lovely and warm.
