Marseille Old Town Jacuzzi Studio

- In a good location. - Provides soap.

- Cold water (the hot water did not work) - Super dirty, full hair around the house. - Cockroach. - Broken balcony door (never closes) - Noisy. - weird smells. - The entrances all broken (before the flat, and the mood was kind of scaey) - Is not a studio, is a master room with kitchen. (Is a flat with two rooms for two rentals) Totally not worth for the price.

Don't book this. The jacuzzi is broken, there's a leak. There was water all over the bathroom and kitchen floor. We couldn't shower or use the jacuzzi for fear of flooding. When we arrived all the water (toilet, jacuzzi, taps in the kitchen and bathroom) was literally Brown. I get that this is not within the power of the owner to fix as the city was working on the pipes, but we couldn't cook/drink/shower. We had to use bottled water just to brush our teeth. The owner didn't offer any help, was really hard to reach and the communication wasn't nice. When I said we wanted our money back, he suddenly became really polite and offered a discount when we booked another stay. But we never want to stay here again. The apartment also smelled really bad. All in all, spend your money on another place, with someone who cares about their clients.

Location was great, very close to everything. This is located on a no car street, so a taxi must drop you off about 1/2 block away, not difficult to find the place. It is in a historic building. Restaurants, bars are short walk. Jacuzzi was nice. Host very responsive when we had issues.

Because this is a historic building, some utilities have some issues. The host explained how things worked and that helped us understand what was going on.

It was close to old town so it was very accessible location
