Beachfront Mansion and Seascape Villas Calatagan with Outdoor Pool

This place felt even more special because of the extra effort the staff put in for us. They prepared a surprise greeting for my dad’s 72nd birthday, and it was genuinely touching. The privacy and peacefulness of the property made the celebration feel intimate and meaningful. Having that moment by the sea, surrounded only by family, is something we will always remember. The beachfront views, the quiet atmosphere, and the thoughtful gesture combined to make this stay truly unforgettable. It was more than just a place to stay. It became part of a very special family memory.

The staff and the owner was very accomodating. They're so kind. The rooms were clean. The beach is clean. You have your own privacy at the beach. The pool is big.

There were no proper blankets provided. Only really thin bedsheets.

House is clean, private and as described.

Water pressure on the 2nd floor is weak. Water heater on the first floor not working.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Sir Mark, the manager, give us a pack of grapes as a welcome gift. I really appreciate it. The place is clean, trash bins in every corner. The whole villa is good, comfy beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, clean kitchens too.

I wish they would their customers to use their kayak without extra pay. I would recommend also that the management/staff look for a better food supplier. The food wasnt that good and not much quantity.

Isolated but accessible, good spot for people looking for renewal.

4Bedroom does not have a room on the ground floor, internet connection only covers the common area, at the lodging there is little to no signal.

We were lucky to be the only group during our stay, so we had the whole place to ourselves! It was peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. The five-bedroom mansion was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our big group of 17. The common areas were great for bonding, and every room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also didn’t have a hard time navigating the way to the property. Overall, we had such a wonderful time — perfect for families or large groups looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay - though it would be more convenient if breakfast were included in the package.
