Beachfront Mansion and Seascape Villas Calatagan with Outdoor Pool

The pool, staff, bonfire pit, outdoor showers, private beach, and videoke machine. The sari sari stores and snorkel rental a short walk to the neighboring houses were very convenient. The freshly caught sea urchins that we ate right in the water sold to us by local fishermen. Amazing experience here overall. Would come again.

The shower pressure in the upstairs bathroom was a bit weak.

Beautiful Stay and Wonderful Hospitality! Our family of 11 had an unforgettable stay at the Beachfront Mansion and Seafront Sea Scape! Perfectly located right by the ocean, we woke up to the sound of waves and breathtaking views every day. A special thanks to Jingjing, Denard, and Dina for their warm care and attentiveness throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure everything was perfect for our big family. Truly a place filled with beauty, comfort, and heartfelt service. Highly recommended and thank you for making our family vacation so memorable!

One of the bathrooms need some attention, but other than that, the staff really made a difference!

It was nice that the place was very near to the sea and has a pool as an option that we can enjoy too. We stayed there for 4 days. We arrived early before the allowed check in time 2pm since we came far, and thought that we would allowed to check in before 2 pm but the caretaker told us that they could allow us but we have to pay extra for the early check in so we decided to drive out again and hanged around in the mall. First night turned out not good, my husband and i did not sleep well bcoz of the insects flying around in our room, (niknik) a lot on the wall and ants on the wall too. So the next day i talked to the caretaker about the problem and they sprayed on our room so after that luckily there was no more insect in our room. I even asked them to spray in the kitchen coz i saw some cockroaches hanging around in the night. We stayed in a 2 bedroom for 4 people. The bedroom has aircon but the living area has no aircon at all,only fan.

What i dont like is the road going to the place because it was too narrow and two way so everyone has to give way to each other and its not easy for a big cars to drive in there. Its far from the central area. And the road is rough and narrow. And the insects that flying and crawling in the night. The place was not really cleaned at all.

I like the service of caretakers of the venue. They were very attentive to our needs. They gave us an extension for the use of the pool because we were a bit late on checking in. The house was nice and the facilities were good. The provided kitchen supplies utensils were also very useful as we didn't have to bring much.

In my room, there was a stuck used cotton bud on one of the bed frames.

Ate Jing Jing is very accomodating. The place is clean the beach is clear.

The smell of the drainage. But everything is okay.

Accommodating and nice staff; beach area is secluded; water in the pool is clean and at the right temperature.

The place is really quiet, clean and cozy. I love that the pool area and the beach area has a lot of seating/hang out areas. We were also able to put up a tent where our kids played. The 5 bedroom mansion is huge and comfortable for all of us. Big rooms. Clean beddings. I love that the kitchen has complete cooking utensils. You just have to bring the food that you need to cook. And towels are provided. The staff was exceptional. Very kind and easy to call. When we need something (like towels and footrugs) they give it to us right away.

The upstairs shower floor is a bit slippery, and the footrugs are not that absorbent... but that's easy to address.
