TW附近交通便利、商城、藥妝、網美推薦名店很多 民宿乾淨、空間大小舒適、備品非常齊全而且很新、房間內就有洗衣機，每天都可以洗衣，雖然全程都是網路聯繫，但不影響民宿的服務品質，有任何問題，客服都會很快回覆 我們這次住了6天五夜，住的非常舒適 回程時請民宿客服幫我們叫計程車去機場，派車公司服務也很棒 這是一次美好的住宿經驗
隔音效果很好 美中不足的地方就是樓板比較薄 所以樓上有人走動的聲音會比較大聲 還好的是住宿的旅客素質大多很好 夜晚都非常寧靜不影響睡眠
USTW對於有小孩的家庭十分友善！提供小孩座椅增高墊、浴室刷牙洗手階梯椅、廚房也有付階梯椅！兒童餐具！還提供小孩玩具帳篷真的好貼心，環境也很乾淨，備品付的十分足夠住起來很舒服😌重點去哪安都很方便，南天神、博多車站距離一站而已，離商店街、博多運河城、麵包超人博物館、唐奇軻德、節田神社、車站等等都是步行幾分鐘能到的距離，附近生活機能好而且還付停車位，很棒
我是住五樓頂樓，地板有鋪木地板墊高，因為有孩子走路比較大聲，很擔心走路咚咚聲吵到樓下....大人自己走也要小心不然咚咚聲也是會有，礙於我住頂樓不知道樓下聲音是否明顯

PHLocation was good! Near a small mall, many restaurants and convenient stores. The room had a balcony we could hang clothes to dry when needed (it rained on us twice). Though we never used it, there was a washing machine.
On our last day, the cleaning person knocked on the door several times so he could clean up the room. It was an hour and a half before check-out.
