入住時一直沒有給房間密碼，也聯繫不到業者，只能隨機找人問房間密碼是什麼

"格局三房二廳，很適合家庭旅遊，有洗衣機跟二套衛浴，洗澡洗衣服都沒問題，地點離地鐵站也不遠，晚上安靜，租車附近方便停車，走路能到博多車站、天神商圈跟博多運河城，客服聯繫及自助入住跟退房都容易，用密碼鎖方便住客進出，值得推薦"
