I liked the privacy and the size of the condo. I liked that it offered parking and very easy to get to from the airport.

It seemed like it was cleaned some time ago because we noticed it was dusty. I mean, everything seemed in place just a bit dusty.

Great location very central, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Nice spacious well maintained place. Spacious appartement.

Quick response to all needs; the staff is friendly. Quiet location, far from noisy bars, etc., but with some exceptions (see below). Chedraui within walkable distance as well as Walmart and Soriana.

Mostly just the building. No mosquito nets on the windows. No ventilation, not even in the bathroom. There is a small window faced the semblance of ventilation duct in the bathroom that is supposed to work as ventilation (I believe—why?), but without a net, it doesn’t make sense, as cockroaches and other insects come in when it's open. There is no water seal on the bathroom sewer (very common in MX), so a sewer stench comes in when the drainage funnel is not covered with a special plastic lid. Wi-Fi is only available near the entry area but not in the bedroom. I believe this is due to the router not being powerful enough, its location near the entry, and the concrete partition walls of the building. Buckets for cigarette butts are placed throughout the hotel. The nearest one was a meter from my window? which also serves as a ventilation? and the room consistently smells of cigarette smoke. Also, it is not directly related to the hotel, but something to keep in mind when booking. There was a lot of annoying noise from the improperly working alarm system in the neighboring building during the weekend including night time Room cleaning is not included in the price.

All top notch with everything as described in the profile; price/quality a really good deal which - assumed that its available - could become my regular place in Playa. Super friendly host; fast answers almost whatsover the time of the day.

The only small thing I can come of; maybe a bit more kitchen stuff - whats there is only the very basics

The apartment is spacious. The building has multiple apartments for rent and the staff is always available to assist you. It's on a quiet street. There was everything I needed, kitchen stuff, paper towels, Scott towels, towels for the beach for the bathroom, kitchen detergent, soap .... There's a soda bed in the living room which I used to chill and watch TV /Netflix.

The facility was clean. The location was good. We felt very safe. Our requests were completed very quickly.

Our deposits were not refunded. They were collected from each of us (3) and not one of us received our deposits before nor after we checked out. I would rate our stay as excellent if our deposits had been returned as promised.
