There was a smell in the closet. Like a dried fish smell that smells more horrible than a dried fish.
USVery quiet room, close to restaurants and coffee, good WiFi, it has AC, fan, refrigerator, and hot water shower. I recommend it!

Nothing negative. Complex is in take off flight path of airport but appears limited flights late at night and so sleep was not disturbed.
PHPHUS10-15 minute walk to Mall of Asia, grocery stores and easy access to airport and other Manila attractions. Host was very responsive. AirBnb was well stocked with items. It had good Internet, and streaming services like Netflix, Disney Plus etc. Staff of the bldg were very friendly and polite.
