PHI like the stable wifi, ambiance of the room especially the simple yet classy interior design.
I guess the pool was still under maintenance when we stayed. There's no convenience store in the building (downstairs) like other properties but there are few stores that are very near since walking few meters away are fine with us. 😅
GBThe staff is very helpful, easy to approach and.so easy to contact 👏 the location is close for everything. The place is so clean my kids appreciate it much, especially when you just arrived from your flight and still you don't have time to buy something but this condo they have few free mineral water, some coffee and snacks box for the guests that is already in the table. The building is very clean and smell good and very comfortable lounge in the reception area. I am gonna book this one again when I am going home.

Nothing, all was perfect.

PHThe host had me checked in late at 4pm but told me that I could extend my stay to make up for the late check in time. However, next day, he/she told me to check out at 12noon (std check out time) and gave me no extra time even for just an hour despite the late check in. The room also smelled bad and there was no soap in the bathroom. I messaged the owner/management to air my issues, but I did not get any response, not even a short sorry.
