Central Luxury House with Fast Wifi

This house is great value for what they have provided. The interior is decorative and the house has plenty of beds.

1 bathroom is not enough for this 4 bedrooms house.

I had an amazing experience staying at this house! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Total scam — deposit never returned We paid a €450 deposit on arrival, and after checkout the host falsely claimed an Xbox controller was missing which was not true. Despite repeated promises to refund the deposit, we never received the money or any proof of payment. Every follow-up was met with excuses like “the finance team is processing it,” but they never followed through. This has been going on for weeks. Avoid this property — they are scamming guests and withholding deposits without cause. We are escalating this to booking.com and reporting the issue to the authorities

Location worked well, house was well maintained, but quite basic.

Property management company were unaccommodating in their approach to this booking. On top of the price paid for the booking, a £300 security deposit is mandatory. When enquiring about early check in, I was informed the cost would be £30 per hour before 3pm. On the day of the booking the cleaning was not complete until 4:30pm and no compensation was provided. There is also a fee structure if you are over 15 minutes late after check out and parking is not available in the local area without a permit / payment. Finally, the property only has 1 bathroom which can be a challenge for that amount of people.

Not much - the location was reasonably central and convenient for riverside walks and the wifi was goood, but the property was disappointing

Almost everything. It took a few days nagging to get the entry details which we needed in advance since some of the party were leaving early in the morning and we didn't know who would arrive first. The nearest free parking was a mile away despite the property being described as 'Central Free Parking Luxury House' until a few days before our stay when the 'Free Parking' was dropped (too late to cancel our booking). There was damaged plaster and mould in the bathroom. The single room was so small I couldn't close the door without turning the bed on its side. It was a sub-standard end-of-terrace house being sold as Luxury. I suspect that's in breach of the Trades Descriptions Act.

The place was comfortable and clean except for black mould in the bathroom. The conditions of use were such as you felt they considered you a criminal before you even got there with the deposit for security.

The description as a freeparking luxury house was completely wrong and miss sold. There was absolutely no parking at the house. We paid 10 .00 a day to park nearby. I chose it for the parking..No Parking there at all. Trying to get hold of the code for the key was also very trying. Will not book there again. Sorry to say this. Wondering how often they wash the fur fabric throws.

Good location, comfortable beds, large house, fridge and cooker worked ok

1.The listing is misleading bordering on mis-representation, there is no free parking with the property,there is on street parking on a first come first served basis in a very busy area.!! 2.Depends on your interperation of luxury, nearly every tiled floor area had cracks or chips in the house down stairs is very dark in decor and felt damp on our arrival, radiators were turned off we turned them on and it improved. 3. The bathroom light pull cord hangs from the ceing in the middle of the door so opening the door pushed the cord away from you and closing the door could trap in out side the door. 4. There is no lock on the bathroom door it has been changed and the lock parts still lie around in the bathroom. 5. There is a Very large area of mould on the bathroom ceiling. 6. The windows on the front of the house are caked in road grim and look as if has been years since they saw a window cleaners cloth. 7. There was no tea towels in the kitchen and no large drinking glasses. 8. Plaster and sealant round the front door was coming away.
