Location was fine for us and we liked that our car was inside a parking garage. We felt secure.

We stayed there 2 separate times. 4 day before a cruise and 3 days afterwards. Both were nice but had little ability to prepare a simple dinner. Pre-made meals would work. I am not creative with minimal tools. Extra bed was a futon like sofa that was uncomfortable for our adult son. Suggest a thick cushion be available to put on the sofa.

Did not stay there. Old and tired. Dirty as well. Should take it offer your site. It"s really bad.

The whole place. Wouldn't put a dog in there.6

Parking was a bit challenging

Location is good, apartment size is also good

Hard to find the office, there were no instructions how to get there or where we can park the vehicle to even check-in. The apartment is clean but there are lots of cockroaches everyday we need to deal with inside the apartment and in the corridors.

Exceeded my expectations! After reading some reviews I was hestitant to book our layover stay at this hotel. We didn't not want to stay in Waikiki because could not sleep at night during our previous stays due to a noise from the streets and needed a place with the kitchen due to some food allergies. The appartment was great! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped well for a short stay, clean, modern. Did not hear any noise from the outside (we were on a 39th floor) Interacted with the hotel reception twice, both times very polite and pleasant. Great value for the money.

It was spacious and had a washer and dryer.

Very confusing set up with multiple different elevators. This is not a hotel room- it’s more like an Airbnb studio apartment. Shower tub barely drains and could need a renovation. Multiple sightseeing of bugs around bathroom and kitchen sink area.
