이불과 베개를 갖다달란 전화를 세번이나 하고 3시간을 기다려도 연락도 없고 가져다 주지도 않았습니다. 서비스가 완전 엉망인 호텔입니다. 올해 가장 큰 실수는 이 호텔을 선택한게 아닌가 하는 생각까지 듭니다. 이 호텔 오지 마세요. 그냥 찍 소리 안하고 잠만 잘꺼면 주무시고 먼가 서비스가 필요한 일을 만들지 마시길.. 아무 반응이 없어 열받아 죽습니다.

The view was everything and the room was so big it felt like an apartment!!

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property is the air didn’t work in the unit so it wasn’t blowing hot or cold air. It was just blowing the fan and I left home with a cold because of it but not all the units are like that My Friends unit worked just mine.

This property is not a conventual hotel. The building is a multipurpose commercial building with a conventual hotel inside, apartments and commercial office space. The room we had, I believe, was one of several unsold apartments that were being used as an income source. While this is a pool (not seen by us) the room was large, a studio apartment with a kitchen area.

We arrived late due to our flight being delayed. At 7 pm there was no onsite staff. We had problems finding the office, which was nearly a small office on the 5th floor of the tower we were in. It had a notice to call a number if arriving after hours. The call was successful with a cheerful women picking us the line quickly and guiding us into the process of getting into the office, followed by codes for a lock box and finally details on using a couple key FOB's necessary to gain access to the proper floor in the tower our room was located.

Location has access to restaurants and convenience stores within 5min of the walk. They offer simple after hours check-in. The tax for the areas is appreciable.

The security deposit of US$ 250 was not listed on Booking.com this can be added so one has an overall budget cost.

Bath towels were old

I like all the appliances in the room. The view was immaculate! Very convenient parking and downtown.

It’s located in a desirable area at night and I didn’t feel safe walking around at night.
