Bishop Suites at Executive Centre

Location. Website advertised well but actual room not as advertised. Like there was a washer and dryer but choose not to use as found a towel in the washer from previous renter; creepy. No detergent.

Confusion on instructions to take different elevators. The text and voice mail confusing. Went to the wrong check in at the front; the hotel for all visitors but reception received different. They were not pleased as my booking was different and told to go to the elevators. The lift to the top with luggage also confusing which elevator. Using the elevator with the key also interesting. A guest was extremely helpful. Searching the web for nearby places vague; needed to walk to get a better understanding. Downtown closed earlier than expected and it smelled bad. Room in front of elevator creepy and outlay of room uncomfortable. Television challenge to use and uncertain for other networks which cost money different from hotel. No brochure with nearby beach; would of like to go if advised.

After hours check in was easy and instructions were clear.

Bed was very uncomfortable. We were charged an amenities fee yet there were no tea towels for the kitchen, and only sheets and a very thin blanket on the bed. We also had someone show up unannounced in the morning to check the air conditioning and were not pre-warned.

The room and staff were excellent.

The only issue we had is that we could not connect to the internet.
