3pm check-in, no flexibility. Arrived on an extremely hot day, had to wait until 3pm to have access code sent through. Limited toilet paper supplied

- la propreté (ramassé beaucoup de cheveux longs sur le divan, les draps, le plancher) - le divan avait une drôle d'odeur - pas de tets d'oreillers disponibles pour le deuxième lit - le chauffage très bruyant la nuit qui réveille
