The location us good

I booked a nice room with natural light on the pictures and they gave me one on the ground floor with no windows. When i asked the receptionist, first she insisted that none of their suites have windows. Then when i showed her the picture she went on to saying that the room i got is the same toom type to which i booked, it just dowsn’t have any light because it is on the ground floor… pretended that she does not get the fact that a room with natural light is much more valuable than one without and that i am not ok having paid for a bright one and staying in a dark one. Her communication style was not helpful at all. I ended up cancelling the reservation and walking away.

La ubicación, el trato del personal y las facilidades para contactar con el establecimiento.

Nos tocó la planta baja y no había luz natural en la habitación. En general, el establecimiento es ruidoso. Sobretodo por lo que ocurre dentro y edificios de la zona.

Me gustó bastante poder tener café gratuito y una terraza para disfrutar los alimentos. El cuarto totalmente cumplió mis expectativas. bastante limpio y espacio para guardar cosas. El baño de lujo con perfecta ventilación.

Podrían colocar opciones de café en capsulas en el 1° piso. Al igual que té , algunas personas no son de beber café. Por igual poner algún cobertos más en el closet por si experimentan frio.

Very unsafe experience. I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation through Booking.com and informed the property in advance that I would arrive between 2–3 AM. When I arrived around 2 AM, the property was completely closed. I rang the bell several times and called the phone number provided, but nobody answered. I waited outside alone for about 40 minutes in the middle of the night on an empty street. This situation felt extremely unsafe. Since nobody responded and there was no way to access the room I had already paid for, I had to order another Uber and find a different hotel nearby just to be able to sleep. Leaving a guest alone outside in the middle of the night with no assistance is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.

Me resulta imposible ofrecer cualquier valoración positiva tras un comportamiento deshonesto.

Es lamentable lo disfuncional que es el sistema que su plataforma ha implementado para gestionar los problemas de los clientes durante su estancia. El uso de mensajes con plazos de entrega ajustados y no verificables sobre las ofertas de resolución. El historial de conversaciones entre el cliente y el hotel, y entre el cliente y el servicio de atención al cliente, está disponible y accesible en la plataforma. Sin embargo, curiosamente, el mensaje del hotel con la oferta de resolución no lo está, ni tampoco la aceptación de la misma por parte del cliente. La disputa ya no gira en torno a la veracidad de los hechos (molestias significativas por ruido e intrusión nocturna en la habitación, reconocidas por el establecimiento), ni al reembolso de las noches no utilizadas (aceptado por el establecimiento), sino al hecho de que el cliente (yo mismo) rechazó la resolución propuesta (reembolso por las dos noches no disfrutadas en el hotel), la cual yo mismo solicité y a la que respondí favorablemente a través de su plataforma inmediatamente después de recibir el correo electrónico. Además de la incomodidad de tener que soportar este trato intolerable como cliente, tener que lidiar con su sistema de resolución de problemas (yendo y viniendo entre el hotel y la plataforma booking.com), y tener que buscar alojamiento de emergencia por mi cuenta, ahora existe una disputa sobre la solución propuesta previamente. Y, convenientemente para ustedes, no hay constancia verificable de mi aceptación, por lo que la impugno. Si analizamos este caso desde una perspectiva más amplia, considerando la experiencia general del cliente, comprenderán que esto no los deja en buen lugar, ni sugiere buena fe ni buena voluntad. Desde esta perspectiva, parece ser un proceso administrativo deliberadamente engorroso, opaco e ineficiente, diseñado para agotar el tiempo y la paciencia de los clientes que están en todo su derecho.

La ubicación

El espacio es extremadamente pequeño. No puedo creer renten cápsulas para dormir como si fueran habitaciones. Definido, no vuelvo a quedarme en ese lugar.

Location staff and convenience

They could get more comfortable pillows and blankets and also should fix the shower head (it was leaking)

Lovely room, great location and facilities. Clean and tidy

Reception is not 24/7 like they say. Open 9-6 so plan accordingly if landing early or late
