Clean and modern rooms staff were nice location was good

It was very small no a/c up a flight of stairs which is not the best when you in the heat.

It’s clean and well located

The room is small and has no windows; you can only open a window that goes to the hallway.

The hotel is located in the heart of Roma Norte. Room itself was ok, plenty of space to store your clothes.

I stayed on the ground floor. The room was darker that it’s showed in the pictures. You don’t get sunlight at all. If you are a light sleeper as I am, I wouldn’t recommend to stay here because soundproofing is terrible. You can hear people talking in the corridor like they are in your room. Last but not least, they don’t clean rooms. It doesn’t matter how long is your stay, I stayed for 6 nights and room wasn’t cleaned once. That means you don’t get new towels or refill of toilet paper.

We wanted to stay two times in this hotel. The first time, they told me that they haven’t received my reservation (even though I had the official confirmation documents), the guy at the reception was not helpful at all and simply kicked me out of the hotel. I arrived alone at night in Mexico City without any internet and he did not even try to help. The second time we wanted to check in, we were able to get to our room but the room is extremely tiny and without a window. Also the bed sheets were full of stains and after telling the guy at the reception, he simply handed me new sheets without offering to help changing them. We decided not to stay and left the hotel. Extremely bad experience!

La habitación y la ubicación excelentes, las amenidades sencillas, pero bien. me gustó el control de acceso a las instalaciones y al cuarto.

El olor a humedad, sobre todo en el baño.

the single bet room is overpriced
