Good location, safe zones, nearby L1 which passes the city center, and the interior itself is nicely done with modern touch. 24/7 coffee, tea and portable water, with a well-equipped shared kitchen and fridge located on the third floor in a nicely decorated terrace, where you can enjoy some simple food there if you don't want to dine out. Please note that there's NO ELEVATOR and most of the rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor, so be aware of it if you carry heavy suitcases.

Sound proving can be improved, with all windows closed I can still hear noises from the stairwell (not from other rooms) but maybe because I had a adjacent room to the stairs. Used an earplug and resolved. The blanket provided initially was quite thin and I fel cold during late nights, but I asked the staff next day for another one and he was happy to help.

Très bruyant , arnaque . Expérience catastrophique. J’avais réservé une nuit avec arrivée prévue à 15h, mais étant extrêmement fatigué après un vol, je suis arrivé à 13h pour demander gentiment si la chambre pouvait être prête un peu plus tôt. On m’a répondu qu’elle ne l’était pas, ce que je peux comprendre. En revanche, quand je suis revenu demander un peu plus tard, on m’a soudain proposé la chambre immédiatement… mais seulement si je payais un supplément de 300 MXN. Autrement dit : soit je payais, soit j’attendais, même si la chambre était déjà disponible. Je trouve cette pratique totalement irrespectueuse et opportuniste. Après un long voyage et un vol retour prévu à 19h, un minimum de flexibilité aurait été apprécié. Ce genre de comportement donne l’impression qu’on essaie juste de soutirer de l’argent au client au lieu d’offrir un service digne d’un hôtel. Je ne recommande absolument pas et je ne reviendrai plus.

El ventilador no creo que sea suficiente

El personal no lo conocí por la hora de llegada y salida, pero la comunicación vía E-mail y WhatsApp muy eficiente.

El aire acondicionado estaba en el pasillo justo arriba de mi puerta y era como si lo hubiera tenido en mi habitación toda la noche funcionando. Quizá a otros no moleste pero en mi caso soy bastante sensible al ruido. Y para quien lleva auto hay que sumar el costo de la pensión nocturna y a favor tienen que hay dos estacionamientos a la vuelta.

Pues el cuarto es pequeño.

The design of the rooms is clean and the renovation seems recent. Location is great.

The room is windowless and the ventilation system in the bathroom was off. We had to wait for a day for it to be enabled again. The ventilation system is very loud. The rooms are as small as they can be. The other comments mentioning claustrophobic are very accurate. There are also issues in the flooring. We also had a bed linen with some stains which we only realised after the second night since we didn’t check the bottom sheet at the beginning.
