I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sarges Hotel in Gambia — a true 10/10 experience which is why I came back again after being in other hotels in Gambia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine friendliness. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect: close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, nightlife is easy accesible and the location is very safe. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and inviting. I was able to work online which is why this was perfect for me. What stood out most was the staff, always smiling, always helpful, and always going the extra mile to make sure guests feel at home. They told me this is your home away from home which is really how it felt like. If you’re visiting Gambia, I highly recommend staying at Sarges Hotel. It’s affordable, safe, comfortable, and full of positive and bright energy. I would definitely come back again. This was again a perfect stay.

The staff was friendly and hospitable they made us feel like home. They rewarded me for coming for the third time to their facility and included my colleagues as well.

If the breakfast options could be widened.

Management did everything to make my stay comfortable- any small problems were rectified professionally and quickly. All staff were friendly and accommodating- would definitely return. Gardens are well kept.

Some of the rooms need updating but this is being done presently. WiFi connection could be quicker/ better but not a major problem
