Emplacement parfait. Au coeur de la ville et pourtant au calme. Appartement joliment agencé. On se sent comme à la maison.

Appartement chaleureux, calme, propre et confortable. Il est très bien situé et la propriétaire est très sympathique.Je recommande.

Superlage in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotz der Strasse absolut ruhig. Aufzug im Haus Modern (Ikea-style) eingerichtet Grosszügige Wohnfläche, Essraum/Küche vom Schlafzimmer abgeschirmt. Saubere, gut sortierte Ausstattung

- Im Schlafzimmer wären ein Paar Kleiderhaken nützlich und die Schranktüre, die sich wegen dem Bett nicht richtig öffnen lässt, könnte man abmontieren und hätte dann ein offenes Regal neben dem Bett. Man könnte dann auch eine Ablage für Mobile und anders montieren. - Keine Langzeit-Autoparkplätze in der Nähe, die im Quartier vorhandenen sind für Bewohner reserviert. Die Parkhäuser sind etwas weiter weg, zu Fuss in 5-10 min erreichbar. Das Parkhaus des nahen Hotels ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (steile Rampe, Personal parkiert das Auto selber (besser: stapelt) und man muss den Schlüssel da lassen. Nicht ganz billig, über 20 Euro pro Tag.

loved the apartment, very clean and comfortable, great host that also helped us with a taxi.

loved everything except the very tall pillows, not possible to use. Luckily, we brought our own travel pillows.

Great location and newer apartment. Great communication with host. 15 minute walk to train and same to central Parma.

Perfect location for seeing Parma. Close to everything train station,historic sites,restaurants. Wonderful
