The location was excellent, the outlook was lovely too considering we were in the middle of a city. It was a well equipped apartment and had everything we needed.

The parking arrangement was under whelming. We had a small car, yet could barely get out of the car after parking it. Whilst we appreciated a parking space it was just so small.

Great location central to everything and Francesca was very helpful and attentive. Quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable

Wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was extrememly clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable and I appreciated that! The apartment is a quick 10 minute walk from the train station as well as a quick walk to all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores and sightseeing.

The apartment was really well presented, clean and very modern in decor and facilities. Francesca was an excellent host and gave really detailed check-in instructions and helpful recommendations on the local area so was clear she is passionate about the property and Parma. The location was superb and easily walkable to good restaurants and shops. The train station is a short walk away. All in all I would highly recommend booking here

The best ever host I had She replied all my questions within minutes. Very helpful, tried to accommodate all my requests. Her English is excellent! Have a very detailed explanation for how to arrive to her place . Excellent location Highly recommended!

Central location, elevator, host gave great recommendations for restaurants and sites.

The hostess couldn't accommodate us last minute and suggested another property nearby. Not clear why they would not indicate this on booking.com if they can't take same-day reservations, but since I was already on my way, I did not receive her messages. I began receiving texts from a different hostess and she likely assumed I had received the original hostess' emails as her address was never mentioned. We arrived around 10 pm and went to the wrong address. The new apartment, Suite Luxury Apartment, did not meet our expectations but with the late hour and parking issues, we didn't have much choice. Uncomfortable beds, kitchen not well equipped and awkwardly distributed down a step from the main floor.

This place is fabulous! It’s a perfect size and has everything you need. Super cute, clean and close to shops, restaurants and the train station. The host is wonderful and I’d absolutely stay here again.

It’s spotlessly clean, comfortable and at the back of the building looking out at a garden, and it’s peaceful and quiet. They have Netflix, to wind down after the day too. Francesca is the perfect host.
