"Great stay - unwelcoming staff member"

We recently stayed at Safi Suites and had a mixed experience. The electric blankets were a lovely touch, the view - worth it, the cleanliness - exceptional and honestly overall great place to stay in.

However, our check-in experience was disappointing. We arrived early due to my daughter's graduation and requested early check-in or access to one room. The receptionist, Kate, was unhelpful and rude, insisting on the 14:00 check-in time without considering our situation. Despite being directed by the head office to accommodate us, Kate's attitude made it clear we weren't welcome. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred us from returning. Perhaps a focus on customer care training for staff would enhance the overall experience. 2/5 stars
