It's easy to locate the place

We booked for 3 people but the linen prepared was for 2 people only. We raised the issue with the receptionist but it was not attended to. There were no shower caps for the shower. We had visitors who showed up after 00h00am to drop our stuff but they were so quick to chase them out without even listening to our explanation. The dust bin that we left in the morning full of dirty take-away boxes was not emptied. When we came back later the room was stuffy because of the dirty take-aways. Not to mention the noise that the employees woke us up with chatting and laughing non-stop whilst still sleeping in our room.
