Downtown Cozy House in Manchester

This property was fantastic for our recent stay in Manchester. The house was well located (within easy walk to the city centre). It was like a tardis- much bigger inside than it looked from the outside. Everything that we needed was provided to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended and will certainly stay again the next time we visit Manchester. Car parking is a bonus too. Great host

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The host was very informative. Ideal location for Castlefield Bowl, 15 minute walk.

Unfortunately you could smell the funny stuff being smoked by the neighbours on occasion.

A lovely modern property - very clean and well looked after. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and parking which is a bonus in the city. The house provided everything we needed. The host was also helpful with clear check in details. Great location too, easy access into the city, short walk or 10 mins taxi ride. Would definitely recommend.

Was a little tricky to find

The house was in an amazing spot, really easy to get to and close enough to walk into Manchester centre. Everything was clean and tidy, felt really comfortable and was perfect for a night with friends. The host was really helpful, responded to queries quickly and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely book this place again for our next night out.

We stayed for one night and the property was spotless, which we really appreciated. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. It felt comfortable and modern inside.

Despite the listing stating there is a dedicated parking space or private parking for the property, this was not the case. We had to park on the street in areas without double yellow lines, which was not ideal. Additionally, check-in information was only provided after completing an ID verification process with facial recognition. This felt overly intrusive and uncomfortable. If there's that much concern about potential guests, perhaps this should be reflected in how the property is advertised or in the price. There’s also a mandatory damage payment requirement, either a non-refundable £30 fee or a £500 deposit locked on your debit/credit card, of which £10 is not returned. This wasn't clearly stated in the listing and caught me off guard, increasing the total cost unexpectedly. This information should definitely be made clearer upfront and stated clearly on the listing. These two instances are the reason for the score given to this property.

House was clean and very comfy.

Difficult to park late at night because all spaces were taken.

Really well equipped house tastefully and newly decorated and very convenient to tram stop (10 mins walk) into the city. Beds were super comfy and hosts had coffee and fresh milk in the kitchen which was appreciated (no T bags) but a Tesco express just across the road. Loads of storage space and appliances we didn’t use for a 1 night stay but it would be a great place to stay for a few nights and cleaning and washing products all available to use.

Shower rooms were compact with little room to manoeuvre but we managed but overall a great place to stay! No information folder which might have helped using the appliances but we didn’t need it.
