Downtown Cozy House in Manchester

This was such a lovely stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and really well set up with everything I needed .The bed was super comfortable, and the location convenient for getting around. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and toiletries, and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout my stay.

The house was beautiful, so clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed, and knew how to contact the owner should we have needed to. The beds were comfortable, and it was so easy to find and close to everywere we needed to be. The neighbours were so friendly, we would happily come back. Highly recommended

Late check in due the property not being ready, rude cleaning staff, host unresponsive for the whole stay as his phone was " stolen", stains in the toilets, overall unclean throughout. Washing was left in the washing machine, bins hadn't been emptied, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, hairs in the beds & live wires hanging throughout. Really disappointed with our stay and will not be staying again. Made a formal complaint to booking.com with pictures attached. Cleaning staff lurking in the back yard and sitting on the furniture, along with tapping on the window to hurry us out. She was on the phone to the host and passed me on and he sounded like he couldn't be bothered speaking to me, didn't care that we'd had a horrific stay.

The location was perfect, spacious and comfy bedrooms. Plenty of space outside too.

Could have done with a good clean, bins hadn’t been emptied and very dusty. Had to ring a few times about where to park and key code, would have been better to have been given this information before we arrived. Was also not aware of a damage payment that was non refundable which should have been declared beforehand. Lack of teabags.

Great place

My family loved this house. The location was great, a two minute walk to Tesco which is very convenient. The house is amazing has everything you need, has very comfortable beds. The living room is also very cosy and warm.

The bins were not empty, toilet rolls were not restocked
