Breakfast was good ,the room service boys were prompt and helpful. Kitchen called up everyday to enquire whether I wanted dinner .Rooms are good but maintainence very very poor

Checkin was not what I expected . Practically had to carry my own baggage . Staff at reception was least interested in providing details .Room was big but most of the lights were not working .cups kept in the room had Stains .bathroom tiles were broken .toilet seat cover coming off . Did not change the room asthe room view was good .otherwise very poor maintainence. Not worth the rate being charged . The hotel needs to take care of hygiene and cleanliness. Lift for last 2 days was out of order . STAFF were least bothered about the inconvenience caused to guest's. The mosquito net in the windows were torn . Manager needs to take a look at these things before charging and allocating rooms to guest's.
