The pillows were old and crumpled. The bathroom was clean but the room wasn't l. Breakfast didn't have anything. I asked for an omelette and the guy went out then to get eggs.

A very value for money place given the tariffs and location. Breakfast is good given the type of property. Room sizes are good.

Upkeep of the property is poor. Bath fittings are coming off at times or malfunctioning. Room aesthetics could be better.

The room and gallery was spacious and the bed was comfortable only wish it was a bit more cleaner.

The coffee tray was not maintained it was not clean and cups and glasses were not provided.

It was clean and a very peaceful place to stay. It was worth the money. I would definitely consider staying again.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't order food in room. Whenever I come to Pune, I want to try local food and sometimes you are too tired to go out. Also there were no green tea bags in the room which is always there in every hotel mandatory.
