Privacy, very friendly staff, clean and nice villas

Nice new place with a lovely pool and a lot of breakfast and lunch options. Very kind staff.

The friendly and helpful staff, all 10/10. From Arta at the gate to Senja in the restaurant it's clear that service is a high priority. Loved the private pool, loved the breakfast. There was a short walk to a great coffee place too (Simplii).

The location is great for privacy and peace. But you need to leave to get dinner or get anything. Install 'grab' and you can get anywhere pretty cheap, but still something to think about it.

Stayed at 208 for 2 nights. Smaller villa (right side of swimming pool). Every time we came back from our beach/town trip, there were poops on the couch, sofa head, floor and TV cabinet. Could be birds, frogs or something else. Small poops and little bit bigger poops about my thumb nail size.. Attached one of big ones.

We stayed 6 nights here with a group of 22 people, some left early to fly back but it was easy enough to book villas to suit everyones timetable. I can say with a doubt, Arpana Villas and Private Estate is a Beautiful Villa, so comfortable and a true oasis! This is my new spot to stay when I come to Bali..just amazing! Beds are comfy, has everything you need including a filtered water cooler!, 5 star luxury, spacious with the best furnishings, stovetop cooking facilities and all you need to feel at home. Security 24hours on the front gate Staff were wonderful and the breakfast is high end cafe style with wonderful flavours. I will miss Arpana and will definitely be back!

There was nothing I didn't like, just a pre warning that you need to pay a $200 (2 million rupiah) deposit on the room/s.. we got 5 villas for our family so only $40 ($400,000 rupiah) paid per villa. Same price of just one villa. Breakfast is at 8am so you can't go anywhere until 9am if you want to eat first

Fantastic estate and villa. Location situated in a remote area not very well lit up. Not disability friendly due to slopes and no buggy facilities. Breakfast served in the lobby which is up a slope and have to climb few steps. We were told politely on arrival if we needed anything to come to the lobby as no room service etc and no telephone line had to communicate via Wotsapp. First night we were unable to get hold of anyone so felt vulnerable. Spoke to staff about our concerns next morning thereafter they were brilliant came to deliver our food which we ordered in, requested for an iron came straightaway. Villa not very well lit up from inside the front entrance and in the bedroom. Bathroom open to nature - insects. Otherwise ideal for people who wants peace and quiet and into nature. Pool was lovely and the gardens are absolutely beautiful with a tropical theme of flowers and fruits.

The whole compound and villas were lovely and brand new. We would stay here again. Great value for money and we loved being able to order our own breakfast.
