Arpana Luxury Private Pool Villas

Beautiful surroundings. Bali is Bali. The villas are new. But......

Although we had requested and agreed on a price for pick up from airport, the driver did not come on time and we had to arrange one at the airport parking area. WiFi connection is weak. Electricity experiences alterations. Currently there is construction noise on site. The property is far from any good restaurant. The Inhouse food service has limited options closes at 4 pm. Front desk team is not reliable. We asked to stay until 1.30 pm. They replied we had to leave by 12 as they had guests coming at 3. Minutes later, after we had arranged pick up on our own, they sent a message that we could stay until 2. Impossible as we had already agreed to leave and hired transfer on our own. A bit far from beaches. Good modern pools, but if you wish to move around, do suggest hiring a car. Do be aware that today, to reach from there any Balinese attraction it is no less than one and a half hour drive, for example, to Tanah Lot or to Ubud.

Nothing to fault

Posto incantevole,personale molto attento alle esigenze un consiglio proporrei l’ora della colazione alle ore 7 in quanto a Bali i trasporti sono molto lunghi per via del traffico e fare la colazione alle 8 significa non partire prima delle 9.comunque il resort è spettacolare,nuovissimo .

Fantastic place to escape the busy streets. Very nice pool and all very clean, the breakfast is served at the lobby and taste marvelous.

Totally nothing to complain

It's clean and neat. It's new Really a private villa. Even the compound is for you alone.

Nothing special The breakfast can have more options. There is no intercom or phone provided.

A very large new villa with plenty of space including an excellent pool area, including a kitchen. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

You couldn't lock the door to the open bathroom. Our Villa backed on to a main road so you could hear traffic constantly. Try to get a Villa in the middle of the property. The Wi-Fi was terrible. We asked regularly to have rectified however it was never resolved. Worst of all there is construction on site. They are constructing new Villas, which starts 8am until 6pm. This wasn't disclosed when booking (Booking.com)
