Downtown Unirii Square Private Economy Rooms with shared amenities

Close to the old city, balcony shared with other rooms, room has a fan, kitchen with coffee machine.

The building and apartment are old, and the shower water volume in the bathroom is too small and the temperature is not enough

The flat was really beautiful, spacious and clean . We asked if we could check-in earlier which was possible and helped us a lot.

La grandeur de la chambre et de l'appartement. La proximité du centre historique piétonnier. Les WC bien séparés du reste des pièces. Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement au pied de l'immeuble.

Même si la proprietaire n'est pas responsable, les voisins étaient bruyants et non respectueux des espaces partagés (bruit à 6h du matin, cheveux dans la douche, climatisation à fond toute la nuit).

clean, everything looked like the pictures, the airconditioning in the hallway was very nice, and they told us that there will be airconditioning in both of the bedrooms as well in the near future, the fans were a nice solution in the meantime.

We couldn’t close the door to our bedroom all the way, and the doors let light through, so we were afraid to wake up our neighbours if we would turn on the light in the hallway in the evening.

Clean, big room, nice balcony, owner helped me with questions and was friendly, good location only few minutes walk to places. I was just abit anxious at night checking in we came late about 2am but it was all good easy instructions to follow. Lift also works perfectly

. The room is right beside the shared balcony so you can hear other people if they are out there but we didn’t mind it was fine for us just for other people to consider

the place was very close to the city center but not too close so we could enjoy the silence at evening. the room was comfy and we had everything we needed. the hostess was amazing, very responsive and helpfull with great tips on how to get around the city the right way (only she being there and helping via WhatsApp was worth the stay). overall, a great experience and a great worth for the money. super recommended for couples and students.

the stove was a bit wacky, we needed to put pressure on the plug for it to work, so it was a bit annoying and needed to find the sweet spot where it works.
