Very responsive staff - owner was quick to respond and to fix any problems that came up Lots of thoughtful touches, like free hygiene products available. Lots of nice decorations like pretty candles. There are only two rooms, so we had the place to ourselves a lot of the time when the other guests were out.

Bedroom doors are frosted glass, so the other guests can see the blurry shape of those inside when the lights are on. Lift/ elevator to get up seemed very old - I definitely would avoid this property if you have a fear of lifts! We encountered a few issues with the fridge and hot water, but these were fixed promptly by the owner and were probably one-offs.

The room was enough for 2 people. It is 10 min walk from the old town and 10 min from unirii metro. Even though the negatives I would stay again but I would be prepared.

We arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning on the 26th of December and we didn't have the key in our locker. I called our host, and she called the other guy who rented the other room to open the door, and thank God he woke up and opened the door. She told me that the previous renter didn't make the checkout properly. In my 3rd night, the same thing happened, but I was the one who opened the door at night. It is unacceptable to depend only on the person to make righty the checkout, and nobody ckecks twice if the keys are there for the next one. Also, when I called her on my first attempt to get in, she wasn't very helpful, saying it was too late, and she didn't know if I could get in. When I told her that I didn't have anywhere to go and that I paid that night, she was more helpful. Later, she called me and told me that she was 10 min away and if I couldn't get in, she would come to open with her keys. On our second night when we lay in the bed we heard a noise. The ceiling was dropping on the bed. 3 4 drops, and we didn't sleep on the right edge of the bed. There were some places dirty that show that they clean what you can see easily and not in depth. I found on the side of the bed a top from a beer and too much dust. But I can not say that it was dirty the rest of the house. There is no control for the airconditions. The guys that stayed next to us had opened them front their phones, and we couldn't close them.
