This property canceled on us the night before we were due to check in, whilst scrambling for another accomodation, we found the accomodation relisted at a higher price. Was asked by the property owner to cancel the accomodation on our end despite being the one unable to accomodate for the booked period.

Je m’étais trompé sur les dates. J'ai fais la demande de modification (payante) 2 minutes après le booking. La personne a décliné 2 minutes après l'heure limite d'annulation payante possible et voulait me facturer l'intégralité du séjour sans me fournir la moindre prestation.
