"I only slept over due to time constraints."

I had been in the bush without cellphone signal so was unaware that a message had been sent giving instructions on where to collect the key. I would say that in future there should be an email and text sent. If the person does not respond, then they should follow up with, "Checking to see that you have received the key collection instructions". I had so many messages coming through when I finally got signal that this was probably one that I had not got to. When I tried to phone the two numbers given of which one was an emergency number, neither numbers had a response. I tried on several occassions.

Only two adult size towels , bath tub not working , we weee informed about it not working only on the day of check in and we had a small 4 months old baby that we needed to bath. The plug in basin in the bathroom would stop the water from draining but we could not open it to drain the water out, it was stuck.
