A quintessential work-relax space

Very clean, tastefully decorated well equipped and comfortable. No airconditioning though. Driveway was rather steep so low cars/bumpers would not be suitable. The only hiccup we experienced was a lack of water supply for the weekend we were there, which made it a little difficult. Otherwise, the place was absolutely beautiful.

Very nice location on the beach. Large veranda and views. Kitchen well appointed. Close to parking area.

Overall, the flat is not bad with everything you need, HOWEVER the main reason for the poor review is the lack of air conditioning. It is a concrete bunker on the top floor of a building in direct sunlight so it gets really hot and does not cool off at all during the night. Combine this with the humidity of Durban you can supply as many fans as you want, it just circulates the hot humid air resulting in a sleepless night and that was during a relatively cool night. At this price point there really should be air conditioning supplied. I ended up underneath a wet towel to try and get some sleep, but it was impossible. Veranda can also be better appointed.

The space is clean, well organized and easy to find. The views are breathtaking and it is peaceful and close to the new shopping complex and to the airport for those early morning flights. It's perfect

It could use some aircons in the beadrooms especially for the hot summer nights but this is definately not a deal breaker as there are fans in the beadrooms.

Comfortable and spacious. Beautiful view of the beach and the sound of the sea waves outside. Very easy check in and check out. Staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times.

Once the windows were shut the place got very hot. More fans and air conditioning would have been appreciated.

We had an overnight stay on our way to the airport. It was conveniently situated. There were however some issues. It was exceptionally hot, with little relief. No aircon, no curtains against the morning sun in the lounge. and not enough fans. Thank goodness for a cold shower. There was a jug for cold water in the fridge, with not even one cup of water in it. Also no complimentary tea or coffee. Annoying to have to buy for one night. There were airfreshner sprays in the bedrooms, that squeaked all night, and we couldn't identify the noise until morning. No bottom sheet on the beds- a mattress cover served as a sheet. Not comfortable. The mattresses were good though. The instructional videos re parking and keys were difficult to follow- with some of it filmed sideways. Beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful neighbours.

I love everything about the place the sea view from the balcony was to die for the cleanness of the place exceptional

Only thing that was hard was getting transportation other thn that amazing service
