Cardedeu Hotel Lago de Coatepeque

La localización con las vistas al lago, excepcional, nos encantó a ambos

La luz del cuarto debería ser cálida no luz blanca. Casi no había sitio para guardar cosas. No había secadora de pelo. Pocas amenidades. Poco acceso a personas con movilidad reducida.

Huele mal, el bistro está sobre la fosa séptica. No funcionaba agua caliente, solo hacía una señorita atendiendo el desayuno y es ilógico con tanta gente. Pedí llamaran al gerente y el muy amable nos atendió

Location is great and staff were pleasant and professional.

Our stay was unfortunately cut short as the facilities made our stay unpleasant and we departed early. For the cost per night- there was no closet, no refrigerator in the room. Our room had mold in the bedroom and bathroom. The beds were rock- hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The food in both la Pampa and the lakefront restaurant was of poor quality and flavor. Finally- our AC made noises all night that kept us awake and there was a terrible smell of an overflowing toilet all night. We had such high hopes to stay at this location and wee exceedingly disappointed.

Everything. If you’re planning to go to Lago Coatepeque, you must stay in this hotel. I love how they have the Lakeview and Lake front. They have alot of instragrammable features. Our room is perfect. The view from our room is just prestige. I love how you can fuller open the windows. The lakefront pool is beautiful. The staff were hospitable and nice. The security in the lakefront was excellent.

La ubicación del hotel frente al lago es inmejorable. Buen servicio de desayuno en las mesas en el exterior. Necesitábamos una plancha para preparar nuestra ropa para el evento al cual acudimos y la obtuvimos sin problema.

En algunas partes de la habitación hay muestras de humedad, aunque no nos provocó ninguna molestia. El servicio de comida cierra temprano.

Las habitaciones tienen vista al lago, es espectacular. El staff amable y resolviendo todo. Camas bastante cómodas y con suficientes almohadas.

El restaurante tiene un menú poco variado y bastante caro. Esto nos obligó a buscar opciones fuera del hotel y resultó incómodo. La piscina es diminuta.
